Displayed here is a rare copy of the choral booklet used for the conference celebrating the merger of three Lutheran synods into the Norwegian Lutheran Church in America, an historic event in the history of Lutheran Christians in the United States of America.
This copy includes a Joint Festival Chorus Membership Certificate pinned inside the front cover that belonged to a person with surname Moen, tenor. Signed by Pastor B.A. Johnson, Bricelyn, Minnesota.

On June 9, 1917, the Norwegian Lutheran Church in America came into existence being formed by the union of three Norwegian synods:
- Hauge Synod
- Norwegian Synod
- United Norwegian Synod. The event was held in the Armory auditorium in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
The Jubilee Chorus of 2,000 included people from church choirs all around the U.S.A. with the 60-member band from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa under the direction of Professor Carlo A. Sparati.
