Mortimer is a happy little mouse, and only wished for a warmer, cozier home. One day, as he scurried about in the house, he spied a house just his size sitting on a table. It took a little effort, but Mortimer managed to get up on to the table. Babamarusia's Review: Here is a lovely telling of the meaning of Christmas and the Christ Child. Beautifully illustrated, delightfully dramatic in a childlike way. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story, and suspect that it may become a favorite of many families, to be read year after year, for many years to come.
